���港《禁烟条例草案》解读
在《禁烟条例草案》颁布以前，香港政府一直非常重视禁烟问题，多次修改法案增设新规定。新出台的《禁烟条例草案》中，大大增加了禁烟区域。
哪些地方不能吸烟
市内禁烟区中，绝大部分的工作场所和公共场所（如餐厅、办公室、学校、医院、街市，甚至酒吧、卡拉OK等）都禁止吸烟。条例中还着重单条说明———凡任何人士有权进入或获准进入的室内地方，不论是否需要缴费，都不能吸烟。而在室外的一些区域，如医院、学校、公园、公众泳滩、泳池、大球场、湿地公园、公共交通交汇处、扶手电梯，都在禁烟之列。
黄秋生怒了
烟龄超过十年的黄秋生闻“禁”色变：“政府应该用钱去教育下一代，让他们明白抽烟的祸害，我个人也反对吸烟，但实在没有办法。”
他还是呼吁，吸烟的人要有烟品，“千万不要对着小朋友或者孕妇吸烟。”
现在在我生活的华盛顿酒吧和夜总会从新年开始实施禁烟，看来又的象在洛杉矶时一样在外边泡吧了。而上海是我这个没救的烟民的唯一避难区了。
